Dr Tanya Crowle is a practicing Chiropractor and Functional Fitness instructor in Victoria B.C Canada. She is on-site and shares space with Varsity Karaté.

She has 35 years experience teaching in the fitness Industry. Teaching all types of Fitness and strength training, karaté , Lagree Method , Yoga Trapeze and HIIT. She is also a Coach, Manager and a team Doctor at Varsity Karaté . She is a Black Belt and Level 2 NCCP Karaté Competition coach, helping students from Tyke and recreational to elite competition level athletes under direction and collaboratiion with Sensei Kraig Devlin the owner of Varsity a karaté. Dr Tanya Crowle is also the owner and Lead Instructor at Lagree Life Fitness. She is a certified Lagree Avanced level 2 instructor as well as virtual and in studio liscenced trainer. She has recently trained specifically through Lagree HQ and promotes the Lagree Method from the master himself Sebastian Lagree.

My goal is to inspire people of all ages to believe that they can reach their health and fitness goals. I make sure that all my students are doing the proper Lagree Method that Sebastian created. It’s definately Not Pilates! It’s Lagree! Check it out at lagreelife.com.

Right now classes are on the microformer. The micro is everything the mega is and more. There are more options to use your body in different angles and directions, and being low to the floor and makes it the most challenging and amazing fat burning, strength, and cardiovascular functional workout. Plus it’s portable so i can take it anywhere, outside group private settings etc! I pay attention to every detail in class making your your Lagree Life Experience a great workout and a challenge!
